7 bad skin habits to break

Happy lunch hour kwn2 ku..Smlm aku bli magazine SHAPE ms jenjln kt alamanda..hoho..xtahan bkn magazine SHAPE ok..mengapakah aku begitu?haha..one of the intention mestilah nk shape up d body kan..So,selak punye selak jumpa la article ni..lets share some information ok bcoz sharing is caring kan..Ok.article ni tentg 7 bad skin habits yg u all beb mungkin lakukan..Oleh itu mari lah kite renung2 kan..

1. You rub ur eyes -Besides causing ur eyelids n overall eye area to swell up temporarily,rubbing ur eyes can encourage wrinkling and break capillaries, leading to redness as well as unsightly blood clots.These cumulative effects can also add years to ur face(ohh...no!!),making u look older than u really are.So nxt tym u hear some1 say "Stop rubbing ur eyes", it's best to heed their advice.  

2. You bite ur nails-Nail biting is not only unattractive;it cn also leave ur nails weak n prone to peeling n splitting.However sometimes d damage can go deeper than juz unsightly nails.The tearing off of protective layers-skin & cuticles- can result in skin around ur nails being exposed, and your nail brittle, preventing them from growing out smoothly.~~kpd sape2 yg bakal disarungkan/menyarungkan cincin dijari @ nk kne sarung cincin lg pasni watch out!!    

3.You make faces-While facial exercises can relax ur facial muscles,making faces won't.Frequent squinting,frowning n grimacing stretch and contract ur muscles repeatedly, causing d overlying skin to be pulled and scrunched.This, in turn, encourages d formation of fine lines and wrinkles in these places over time.~~yang ni aku slalu buat tnpa sedar.hoho    


4. You pick at ur skin-Refraining from picking @pimples is often easier said that done, which is why u need constantly remind urself of its consequences:Inflammation,redness,swelling,or worse,permanent scarring."Scarring is caused by the damage that's done to ur skin's cell structure when u pick at it.Constantly touching ur skin can introduce more bacteria into ur pores, which can lead to more breakouts, and the whole vicious cycle starts over again.~~ni mmg hobby ble ade pimple   

5.You go to bed with makeup-makeup contains chemicals that can be harmful to skin especially if left on overnite.Leftover makeup combined with bacteria from d day's xtvt can clog pores and result in breakouts.It can also cause ur skin to age much faster than it should.our advice:always treat ur face to beneficial ingredients when u sleep.~~dh penat sgt kdg tertdo terus  

6. You love junk food-People who replaced a diet rich in refined sugar and flour with foods high in protein and whole grains developed fewer breakouts, which is no surprise considering that snacks that are in high salt,fat,preservatives(which ur body has to work extra hard to eliminate) and refined carbohydrates often contain little or no nutritional value whatsoever.

7.  You constantly lick or bite your lips-While lip licking and biting is common,doing it too often can leave ur lips dry,chapped,peeling, and even bleeding.There are a number of factors that can trigger lip licking and biting. Among of them are constant exposure to sun,wind n air-cond,all of which dry ur lips and trigger a desire to wet them.However,instead of hydrating them,licking ur lips only robs them of more moisture,and creating d urge to lick again.
